…for Ann Adamus, who so cleverly created our two cards this year from one lil’ old photo of yours truly. Boy, is that lady a whiz. We think and think about holiday cards and mama just sent her my pic and in what seemed like minutes, Ann sent these back and alleviated a lot of stress, believe me! Merci to Ann!
Which one do you like best? We loved both.
And have a calm, peaceful next 12 days as you shop and wrap and wonder if you gave socks last year to your nephew or was it a tee shirt, or maybe the socks went to a cousin, but wait a minute, your cousin lives halfway around the world and the postage would kill that. Maybe check out your partner’s sock drawer…
We think the best thing to do on these last action-packed moments before the reindeer land is to sit somewhere quiet, take deep breaths, and try not to reach for that glass bottle of red too quickly.
As for me, I’m a teetotaler so cool about holidays. I don’t have that problem, but open a tuna can and I’m a goner.
Uh, oh, I just realized that I haven’t wrapped ANYTHING YET!
Ommmmmm…….
A sweet spark for today.
Your Christmas cards are just wonderful, LouLou. Ann captured you exactly as you are, awwdorable and playful. Now, how about a Christmas rub from us just for you and a Double Pawkiss too🐾😽💞
OOOH…that felt so good! And how are you two feeling now that you are…er…improved?
Those are both lovely cards, Loulou! They show off your playful nature.
Well, Ms Adamus is very talented. All mama did was send a photo and bammo…two cards in record time.
I love both of the cards but I think the first is my favourite, Loulou. Happy holidays to you, your mama and your papa.
Yes, we love that one, too, but what a talent to have thought them up, thank you, Ann
Adamus.
We love your holiday cards dear Loulou……Miss Ann does amazing and creative work we agree. You look VERY festive!!
Hugs, Teddy
I feel pretty festive, but I’ve not found a tree to nestive in, haha. Not in a climbing mood actually but I guess I could have put my heating pad on a card, haha. Have a warm holiday!
Ann is such a wonderful artist, we love your card Loulou!
Merci, and yes she is so creative.
Loulou, you look like you are in the Christmas tree!
Well, Ann Adamus, the card creator, DID put me in the tree but I’m not really in a tree as I don’t climb as well lately. But I would be if I could be, haha.
You must know owr Mom cuz she breaks open that bottle of red a lot! We keep tellin her deep breaths but then when she does we jump on her lap. Hee hee.
Ha ha, well, mama doesn’t imbibe much vino as she gets headaches a lot of the time but one glass is fine to aid her deep breathing haha.
I love your cards and I would love to rub that tummy. Thanks for sharing the sweet story about the bus driver. XO
Oh, for that tummy rub!!!!
Oh LouLou – happy holidays to you and Mama and Papa !
Merci, Ms Mary and we hope your end of year is a good one!
Nothing wrapped here either!!
Those are precious graphics that Miss Ann made.
Can’t read that article, as the W.Post won’t allow me to. Phooey, but it did look to be a great story of kindness to others.
I will google it and send. It made papa tear up! Fie on the Wash Post.
Loulou, just being the bestest Loulou you can be is enough!
Lovely story about the reading bus driver.
The man gives of himself in such a meaningful way.
Merci, kitties, and yes, that bus driver was amazing to do what he did.
da mum haz decided dat she will do surf and turf furr da big dinner, but haz not decided weather that will be on catmus eve or catmus, dat means a bottle ov red and a bottle ov bubly prosecco. she must figure owt wat iz furr dessert……. lou lou, yoo look berry healthy in dat lass photo
Oh, surf and turf sounds DEE-licious. We have a plum pudding that mama makes for xmas, but maybe a tarte tatin would be good or mama’s 3-minute ice cream (no work).
