I’m a little sorry for myself. Should have called my blog Sorry Selfie or Selfie Sorrow, but what the heck…THEY actually are coming home soon. Just getting papa really in shape not to drive a long distance in a weak condition.
Moving right along…
Well, when one is left ALONE by one’s ostensibly caring and loving parents, one is…well..ALONE!!! Of course it’s easy to do selfies when one is ALONE.
You get the picture…
Okay, okay, it’s true I have my sweet Sue taking good care of me but still…
Anyway, selfies are always ALONE, right?
I think.
I’m glad your peeps are coming home soon. Purrs for them.
Oui…next Tuesday THEY should grace my doorstep. THEY had BETTER!!!
Hi Little Miss Alone! Soon you will have a fabulous and snuggly reunion with your Mama and Papa…..they have missed you as much as you have missed them. It has been a tough time for all of you BUT soon you will have your routine back – we kitties LOVE routine!!!!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, boy, do we ever, Mr Teddy and your mama and papa are back and have YOU again, you lucky kitty. Did the bring you a lobster roll or a sea shell or something fun? You have the most wonderful parents…hugs from us.
So very authentic! How we miss one another!
Mais oui, we miss one another SO SO MUCH…(well, THEY miss me for sure…).
I hope your folks are home soon. XO
Well, so do THEY…it’s this covid after-math that is difficult to shake. They will leave on Saturday very early and head toward ME.
LouLou, you are not alone ! You have lots of friends here (and with your sitters and aunties)looking in on you and purraying for Mama and Papa to be home soon and safely ! We did not realize they would be driving, so you are right that they both need to be feeling in good shape to undertake that !
Mais oui, especially those tunnels….argggh. But they will hit the tunnels Sunday and there are very few trucks on the autoroute on Sundays.
Lovely selfie! Hope your parents come back soon.
Well, we do, too. And we loved your photo “fail”…no way was that a fail, you beautiful kitty cat.
Us pups could do the same, but…um…well, we are dogs!
We do think your loving peeps will be home as soon as they can, we are sure they miss being in their own dwelling as much as you also miss them.
They are champing at the bit…whatever that means. Me, too…
We understand, Loulou.
Your beloved pawrents miss you too.
Oh, boy, do they!! But papa has to get strong and he’s almost there!!!!!
Oh, Loulou…Serena might not be the best company for you, being younger and bouncier, but here she stands to testify that cats can learn to understand the word “soon.” Meanwhile I hope the J-Cats are some comfort.
Humans aren’t as good company when we have COVID, anyway. Have no energy, make a lot of noises cats hate. But for most of us it passes quickly and soon cats can start purring us back to good health.
That’s a fact, Ms Priscilla, but mama’s and papa’s bout did not pass quickly at all…3 weeks until they had clear home tests although mama was 5 days ahead of papa. At least the cook was in the kitchen for papa, which helped morale, haha. And kept mama sane, she says.
It’s a furry sweet selfie, dear LouLou. Of course, if you’re feeling really lonely, We could always teleport over and keep you company for a few hours, till your pawrents get back…
Ah mais oui!!! I would LOVE that, your sweet company to cheer me. Merci.
