A yoga stretch in bed–this is just before THEY bring your breakfast to you on a neat little tray with café au lait and a croissant. Oh, and a rose, too, stripped of thorns, haha.

Well, today I’d like to feature Robert Hudson’s Pet Radio Show, (THANK YOU, MR. HUDSON!) which also happens to have an interview with me that, well, I’m not really used to doing but I was asked about my beauty secrets  and keeping fit in the big city, and since I’m also in a small city a lot of the time, I just sort of talked about what any feline can do anywhere to firm up and fly right.  No, wait a minute, that’s not the phrase, but I do have to say that I had to sort of wing it, whatever THAT means, since I am NOT a birdie and we kitties should be saying paw it or tail it, right?

Still.  It was so kind of M. Hudson to request a few words (it got away from me, sorry, sometimes I just babble on…) and I do hope you kitties (AND doggies) benefit from the exercises that you probably do anyway all day long.

Part two will be on the Radio Show tomorrow, if today’s is not censored by internet police because of that VERY graceful and poised photo that MAMA insisted I put in at the start of the article. Really, have you ever seen such a delicate and subtle pose , HAHA?  X-rated, if you ask me.

I am especially partial to this one, the Stretched Out Soulful Snoozing Shiva Position to finish off your work-out.

I have to apologize for not replying to four comments some time ago that were wandering around in my comments section and were just discovered! One from Dezi, one from Mary McNeil, one from The Island Cats and I’m still searching for the last one!  Thank you all.

Another apology for the word Schizo-tempio.  Tempio is a temple, duh!!! Tempo is the word I should have used. My Italian needs a brush up…
