Well, mama made me put this video from her cousin in here because it made her so HAPPY. And we can use things like this nowadays. I also think she was influenced by THAT BOOK (you know the one–I.Q. something or other) because of one of the questions: Reacts to music and rhythm (e.g. sitting on radio or piano, moving in time to the music by rocking, dancing, twitching tail).
ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? Mama puts on the radio when she goes out and it’s always the Parco della Musica in Rome classical station and when those people start screeching sometimes, I beat it out of there and head for my bed upstairs. Who says it’s going to ‘keep me company”, huh?
I wish I could get her to put on Oldies But Goodies or Leon Russell or Willy Nelson, singers like that, instead of subjecting me to opera, but I have to admit, old Pavarotti can sure pull off a tune, haha. (Not that I want to be on the road again, no, sir.)
I love Nessun Dorma but of course, that would never apply to ME….(in Italian it means no one sleeps–haha, in your dreams in this house).
But even sleeping, that jitterbug sure woke me right up. I even did a few steps when no one was looking…
WOW!!!!! Those are some happy (and magically coordinated) feet!!!! We can do a practice run in about a week, non? Mama says it reminds her of me when we head to the food bowl. Except I’m a bit less well-coordinated. My dance is more free-style. How’s that for not saying I’m a klutz? BUT Loulou – those dancers don’t have your elegant high jumps yet. You need to make a video and show them how. I could do one called The Kibble Bounce?
How’s that for a project? Now for what to call yours………
Oh, you are tooooo funny. How about the Patty Paw Pounce. At least it rhymes.\
MOL, Mommy use to get the wits scared out of her (not that she had many to begin with) because Chimera figured out how to play the keyboard.
Now Chimera just turns on the DeeMonster (aka DEEBOT) on and wrecks havoc in our lives.
Well, I’m looking that one up. DEEBOT? And I used to play piano when young but gave it up for the bagpipes.
Mommy blogged about it here http://alasandrasplace.blogspot.com/2017/04/deebot-n79.html
Thank you for the great info.
I bet you do a great jitterbug.
Well, I do a great bug jitter, especially when that big old spider arrives in spring in the rosemary.
Well, running out of the room IS reacting to the music, so technically another point in your favor.
My kitties react more to volume than content. And baseball. They go after infield hits on the flatscreen. How do you react to TV sports ?
Wow, chasing baseballs? I watch soccer matches cause those guys have some pretty cute legs. But in general, TV doesn’t do it for me unless it’s The West Wing, which is what mama and papa are watching now. They think Trump should have to see the whole series…
Hmm, tried to leave a comment but got an error message and comment is gone. Trying again, but don’t remember the comment. 🙂
Well, I know it was pithy, whatever that is. Can’t imagine what happened because this comment came through very well. Sorry for the troubles!
No, the comment did not come through very well. It did not come through at all! I had to start all over to reach the comment page so I could write the one above. My actual comment is gone!
And I’ll bet it was a GOOD one, too! They always are. Thank you. We’re working on this….
We think you should be the jitterbug champion, Loulou! It doesn’t get any cuter than you!
Oh, I cut a few rugs every now and then, but it’s with claws, haha. Just kidding. I use the wicker chairs that are indestructible, from IKEA.
