Okay, mama, I’m just warming  up, not trying to cop out…(sort of).

Today is exercise day for mama and papa, and since I did mine along  with them, I  have to cut this short and let my muscles rest and renew.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Simple Skinny Waist Twister – legs straight and off the mat

 

 

 

 

 

 

Upper Body Bender – Always keep legs straight and abs tight.

Why do they insist I join in anyway…arggggh.

The Four-Paw Tuckered Outer  – always stretch after exercise

Thank  heaven the next bout is on Thursday, so I can really restore my strength, but seriously, folks, doesn’t it feel good when you make your body move around and dance or stretch?  Or yawn.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Okay, I heard that.   Which one of you said it’s like tearing up 100-dollar bills in an icy shower?  Shame on you.  Get jumping!  Mama says that YouTube has endless free classes in all types of exercise, plus yoga and Pilates and arm toning and derriere toning and how to have flat abs and on and on and on…but guess where I’m going right now?
