AND NOW IT’S OVER!!!!
But, I have to admit, those two anthro vets are so kind and gentle to me and my little throbbing gums and stressed out body, and I was so sorry to leave half my fur coat behind with the new vet with the beautiful name, Aurore, who insisted on snuggling me practically the whole time!
Mama had brushed me at home to get prepared for the docs. Have no idea where all that fur came from, haha.
WHEW, vaccinated and antibioticoed for my little gum inflammation…hey, you don’t want to hear all this. Mama’s mama used to tell her, “When you get old, don’t tell everyone about all your ailments!”
Hey, mama, YOU remember that when the vet pokes YOU in the mouth and sticks you with shots!!!
Okay, let’s get on with a sunny and lovely day, a garden walk later to help fertilize the eventual roses (maybe not the radishes, haha) and a NICE LONG NAP the rest of this traumatic day!
Thank you for bearing with me through this ordeal! And thanks to Docteur Benhamdine at her wonderful clinic.
(Oh, Loulou, you know it wasn’t that bad and you were so good!)
Oh, yeah, mama? This was the capper.
Exposing my teeth to the WHOLE WORLD! Sayonara….
WOW Loulou, you sure were good and hooray for it being over!
YES, FINITO!!!
I’m glad you had a good vet visit, Loulou, but even happier for you that it is over! ~Ernie
Oh, boy, are ALL of us happy! Merci.
How nice you got along well with the poking, prodding and treatment for your gums dear Loulou. Even a poke or two for a needed shot aren’t so bad when in GENTLE hands. Now it’s DONE and you can get back to your most important daily duty – SLEEPNG!!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
You hit the nail on the head, Ted!
Glad that you’ve been to the vet and they were gentle and kind, Loulou. Gum health is of tantamount importance.
Boy, is it ever. Gums=teeth=chew=FOOD!!!
Ooooh – I panic when I see the vet’s office – and we pass by it every day! They are SOOOO nice – but I’m scared. You too? Several times Jean-Luc keeps me on the other side and I go in BUT I HATE the medicine?!
Well, I eat my athrose powder in food but they can’t fool me! Depends on how hungry I am. But they stuck me TWICE, aggggh.
Glad that is BEHIND you now! Phew!
HAHA, that was a good one, but they “shot” me in the neck scruff. Didn’t feel a thing.
I am glad you have such a good vet. I hope your little gums feel better soon. XO
Oh, me, too. And mama has this spray now from Beaphar that is supposed to help. Plus dentabites. Jeez, it’s hard this aging thingy….
Well THAT is over for another year ! Glad you got through all right LouLou !
You are so lucky to have a family that takes good care of you! Hugs to everyone!
Yes, well, I am a bit spoiled, but I let them rub my tummy any time of the day or night in return.
Mom did good to get you your vet visit. It’s good to be current on your shots and take care of issues that arise. Your mom rocks, but you already know that.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. My best to your mom. ♥
Oh, merci, we go every year and I’m feeling a bit under the weather but tomorrow will be fine. And my vet is so sweet.
