Just here.
Just now.
Just this.
Mama can’t remeber who gave her this mantra but it certainly works wonders on some days in this frantic, confusing world. It even works in my new world, which, believe me, can be confusing sometimes….
A sweet spark, easy to remember, mama says, haha.
Just here, just now, just this…a perfect state of being.
Your precious feline. Reminded me somewhat of my boy Boots. I miss him always and forever.
I hope you have a great week.
Merci, Ms Robinson and yes, I believe the missing is often painful but not as painful as when I was struggling to handle mine until mama and papa decided it was best to let me go. A difficult time for all families with animals that leave….
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to Loulou. ♥
And scritches back to YOU, you funny wonderful Comedy Plus family.
dded you to my Feedly. MOL!
MERCI, MISTER MARK! Love alliteration…
Purrs, LouLou! What a lovely mantra, very cat-ish. It expresses “getting along with life” so well. We are pleased to find you.
MERCI, Mark’s Mews and we are happy to find YOU.
One step at a time works, too.
Love that and mama has used it along with ANYTHING that can hold one in present time!
Well said. You’re a very smart kitty, Loulou.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥
Merci and merci for visiting US, so good for us to see others’ ideas.
Here we are once again, after a long hiatus…sometimes its hard to get the visiting doone after all the other stuff gets done at home, at work and on the confuser…
That is a new thought to me for your spark…lets focus on right now, I think is what is means?? If so, that is a coolio way to express that idea!
So good to have you back you darling doggies and yes, when things go awry and get crazy, you simply say to yourself, Just here, just now, just this. And you will feel immediately in the present and relaxed a bit.
WE hope.
Very nice spark. XO
Well, merci, Ms E, and we are sure that you have no problem being just there, just now, just that!
LouLou, that is a simple mantra and yet so hard to remember. Purrs.
Takes a few minutes to get it going. Start with where you are: Just here. Then what time is it: Just now. And what are you doing: Just this. Gets one quite centered quite quickly and calmed, too. At least mama uses it when the world looks gaga.
I hope your Mama has a purrfect Monday!
Merci, Mr T, we did have a good Monday morn and now we’re going up the street to a paella cookout in the street…Never a dull moment around here.
Lou Lou, you are lovely this Monday. We have not visited before and we will come to see you again. Precious
Merci, Lynn and Precious, and what a lovely NAME…love Precious as I am sure you are! Merci for the visit.
