You want me to leave this nice warm place to look at WHAT?
Well, I suppose you have noticed that the moon is on it way to being full and lovely. and there is something about moons that I love. I go out in the garden and just gaze and gaze and gaze at the moon and wonder why it’s not in the shape of a kitty! Then doggies would howl at the moon even more, right? Haha, I just love thinking of thing like this in my tiny pea brain just to entertain myself.
So if you have a nice moon in your part of the world, I’d love to see it one way or another. Mama actually has thanked our Mr. Moon (or Ms?) for stimulating her San Marzano tomato plants to FINALLY come up. Also the Purple Cherokees, which ought to be a helluva tomato when they finally arrive. PURPLE TOMATOES? Not sure about that. Sort of like blue strawberries or pink asparagus. Whatever.
Well, we’re in a frenzy around here because the day is drawing nigh to hang the pictures and some of them aren’t ready yet and are at the person’s place who mats things and so they won’t be here until next week and next week there are two holidays in France–May Day and a big saint’s day in the town where the pics are matted, Figueres, in Spain.
I am getting a little anxious myself…
Hey, we’ll manage. I’m the head honcho around here and I have EVERYTHING organized down to the tiniest detail.
I think.
At least I put in a large stash of kibble, just in case THEY forget to replenish my stash. No worries, mate, I tell them.
Make that, mates.
I am IN CHARGE here, okay. Just kick back and RELAX, mama…
We hope the clouds don’t obscure our view of the moon tonite.
Oh, we have the same clouds, too! Just when things are getting beautiful.
What a beautiful moon – really sets off the Fort!! And those tomatoes!! Mama getting a bit homesick for Collioure. They’ve already got the car packed and there’s nowhere for me to sit except mama’s lap. But they have my big cushion, so that works. Plus she ties my leash-fastened to the harness to her seatbelt. Just in case. She keeps saying with great enthousiasm – “Mya! We’re going to see Cousine Loulou!!!” Well, Yippee!!! But does she not know a cat from a dog?! How can we be related? Oh, Lordy, our humans. So much to teach them…..
You mean we AREN’T related?..
LOL – yes, Loulou – for sure, we’re SOUL SISTAS!!!!!
Oh, we could have such fun if I were a doggy! Somehow, the other way around might not work so well…haha.
You are so sweet, you can keep your mama calm. XO
Suz and LouLou,
Wish we could see the exhibition…please take some pix and have LouLou share them with us!!
Tes, there will be pics!
I hope all goes together for the exhibition !
Oh, thank you. We are getting there, slowly but surely.
