It was okay, but the shrimp were frozen and spapolated…mama made it for the photo for an article and she’ll make another that has better shrimp the next time.

I am glad you love shrimp and paella…and you won’t have to worry about petcretary coming over to gobble some herself…she hates shellfish! LOL! (Go figure…she always grizzles when peeps start raving about shrimp and lobster, etc…)

Well, her pocketbook will suffer less but you give mama ANY shellfish and she swooms, especially ecrevisse, known as crawdads in the south haha.

Surely a piece of cooked shrimp can be washed of it’s spices, and cut up into little bits for you, Loulou?
Yes, of course, but to be truthful, I did have a plain one…yummy good. Thank you for your advice. Mama tends to steer clear of anything for me cooked with onions.
