Wonder if I could have lessons from Paul…
Well, duh, mama, where else does music go? Maybe I should have used Strings Attached as my blog title…hmmm.
Mama wanted me to put in a link to an original piece written and played by a friend we met in France who is a brilliant guitarist. Mama said that when she opened the link, she was calmed by the beautiful background art done by the guitarist’s father (now, alas, not living).
And since mama often runs around like a crazed weasel, whatever that is, she loved having both music and art create a welcome mindfulness (a new word for meditation) at the computer.
Heaven knows, computer work is not famous for contributing to mindfulness, haha.
Paul Motley is the musician, and he has posted two other YouTube videos of his guitar music.
I’m going to lie back and listen to his sweet sounds.
I won’t even snooze…
Music soothes the savage beast…not that we’re calling you savage, Loulou, or a beast. 🙂
Oh, that’s okay. Sometimes I wish I were more savage, haha.
Such soothing sounds. Thanks for sharing, Loulou.
Yes, he is really talented and such a nice man. Loves kitties.
BEAUTIFUL music – and Papa recognized it right away and said he lLOVED and was inspired by this. Don’t tell anybody, but Papa has a long way to go – but hey we all need inspiration, right, Loulou? Maybe I can help him with background howls. Mama cringing. We could do a duo?
Hey, you need meows, too, right? What a quartet…your maman included.
I will check him out.
Very soothing music. It is often listed with mood music.
Ah LouLou – wonderful and very calming. We are expecting a big winter storm so we are trying to settle in and stay warm.
“Mindfulness” is the new buzzword. But when you look into practicing it, you realize there is a very fine line between mindfulness and dawdling !
Oh, you are so astute, Mary…
Well now, that’s super cool and we love guitar music.
He is very talented. But wait until tomorrow’s blog and the opera singer….
