Just had to publish this wonderful photo – Looking For Action! (Pinterest, thank you.)
Well, do you ever feel as if you need to get some action in your days so that you can write about it in your blog and you think and think and not much comes to mind except that you grocery-shopped, cleaned the windows, changed your kitty’s litter (no. 1 on the list, in my opinion), and then papa’s ex calls and says that our 14-year old grandson has MAYBE broken his nose in soccer practice!!! Oh, no!
NOW THAT’S NEWS, albeit (love that word) not really good…
But HURRAH! Thankfully, he did not, even though to find out what exactly the nose was up to took a day and a half out of his mama’s and papa’s lives and both work and so there was a bit of trauma for 48 hours.
So – bad news turned into good news. I like that.
Mama says that holidays sometimes make everyone a bit wee-wah, to use a technical term, haha. Mama would like to skip December and jump to April, but I’m not sure the calendar will take to that.
It’s so COLD here, and a bit rainy, but you know how I cope with THAT!
A snuggle with papa…
…and then a little bath for him. Makes everything right.
Yeah, we’re all feeling a little wee-wah here. (We like that word!)
Oh, good…company!
What a sweet photo, Loulou. Maybe that kitty is waiting for their mama? Glad all worked out with papa’s grandson’s nose. Ouch!
Isn’t that a darling kitty? Good thoght, waiting for his mama…
WHEW – glad for no broken nose!!!! And cold? Here TOO – I’m even happy to put my sweater on and the cold air gives me energy! But it’s nice to get back to the apartment and my comfy bed and toys. Lucky YOU, Loulou – an indoor toilet! How does a cat get those modern conveniences and doggies don’t!? Oh well – I do like to sniff the sidewalks so I’ll stop whining……
You can use my indoor john when you visit! Then, like me, you’ll get a treat!
LouLou, if your Mama can get the calendar to skip to April, I will sign the petition. Glad the nose turned out to be ok.
She is working on it all the time!
I’m glad the nose wasn’t broken, that’s a really good thing!
Yes, indeedy, and he can ski soon without being afraid his nose might suffer.
