I’m just hanging out here waiting for my catering service to bring the chicken, haha…
Still, even with no sun, it is market day and mama is getting good things to cook and maybe a little bit of that wonderful roast nchicken that mama buys from the rotisserie man will wing its way to my bouche!
I wish I liked little potatoes, too, because he lets the rotating chickies drip onto a pan of little new potatoes as the chickies roast and oh, boy, do they look good!
Mama is getting a few flowers for planters, too, from the nursery-guy so that we can pretend spring is around the corner.
But the corner seems to be awfully far away right now….
Okay, that’s our Sunday spiel...whatever that is.
Oh, and mama loves the olive man’s wares, too…he uses our organic lemons for his brine flavors! It’s a very cool market.
The tee-shirt artist’s booth. A wonderful artist….
The Salad Lady.
Just a corner of the Flower Man.

Oh, we wish we could send olives. Mama trades her lemons for them. A good barter! I did get a little chicken…
Loulou, I love it when someone says, “Cool t-shirt!”
And, olives…I LURV olives!
Well, he is a wonderful tee artist and we have some of his designs.
Mummy loves open air markets!
Oh – and the food you describe sounds pretty good too…
It is so, so good. Lots of organic farmers around here, the fruit and vege basket of France.
