You really should have seen me when I cut loose!
Well, yesterday was like this.
I lounged around the garden, as usual, but when no one was looking, I raced back and forth from the big tree to the fence on the other side of the garden, vaulting, balancing, pommeling, jumping, leaping, somersaults in the air, a regular Simone Biles, I!
BUT…I needed a rest from all of this activity, I think it was the floor work.
I just forgot what exactly I needed to rest from…
Hmm…let me think. Did it happen? I was a gyrating gymnast, no? It was SO real and so LIKE me, right?
I’m pretty sure I did SOMETHING amazing in the garden yesterday but it escapes me…
(In your dreams, Loulou, in your dreams…)
I have those same days Loulou
Well, it is nice to have a friend who uderstands. Merci.
You should consider going to Paris to compete in the next Olympics, Loulou. 😉
Ah, Paree! I am packing now, Olympics or not!
Wow, you’re the energetic one, Loulou. You deserve a nap now, or were you napping and was it all a dream? 😉
Uh…that last part.
Loulou – WE can do those things together when I come!!! Sounds like FUN – and I’ll bring a squeaky toy!!!!! FUN!!!!
Oh, joy! But you know I’m pretty weird sometimes when another…er…animal shows up. Still, I remember you and we had fun.
I am waiting!
Sleep through it Loulou, it’s the thing to do!
Yes, when in doubt, SLEEP!
Well, LouLou, some dreams are sweeter than others.
Is that a new bed ? It sets off your furs purrfectly.
No, I don’t get in my actual new bed. Mama says, Go figure. It’s soft and cuddly and big and MINE and I won’t set paw in it.
Loulou, I think you were reliving your activity with the tennis ball outside, believing that you were in the finals at the US Open in which that guy Djokovic lost in straight sets, even though he’s supposed to be, you know, the best!
We adore Roger Federer, and hate to see him fall behind, but maybe he’ll be in the booth to as a sportscaster instead?
Small problem; we don’t get most of the channels that professional tennis is broadcast on! *sigh*
Oh, I wish you had the channels. Maybe get one of those magic ‘sticks’ with which you can get everything! We hear.
Well, it sure sounds like you’re quite the active one! In my dreams I, well, I don’t really know ’cause I’m sound asleep and don’t dream much. On second thought, dad says he had to shake me awake yesterday morning while I was out cold on his lap. He said I started shuddering like I was having a real bad dream and when I woke it was like I was all confused. He snickered, sipped his coffee, and I went right back to sleep. The End.
What a good dad to wake you up out of a horrible dream and I’m glad you’re OK!
Your dad is so kind to wake you in case bad dreams are happening and remember, all he wants for Christmas is his two front teeth! I hope he is ok.
I can do some amazing things in my dreams too – I can fly, swim under water, and hike up mountains. Then I wake up in my cozy bed and think “THIS IS THE BEST SPOT RIGHT HERE!”.
Hugs, Teddy
Hey, Teddy, are we smart or what?
