Well, I’m just hanging out here in the lettuce patch waiting for a lizard or ANYTHING that moves to show up. I want to prove to mama that I am NOT a slugabed who only wants to loll around all day and yawn and only show up at meals…that sort of thing. My behaviour is that of an eight-year-old kitty and I think, personally, that I am behaving exactly as one would after eight years.
Or not?
Does any kitty (or doggy, for that matter) have any suggestions about how to get me off my duff, whatever that is.
Or do I need to get off whatever that is at all?
These philosophical questions haunt me daily.
Sort of.
Contemplation of deep thoughts
When I’m not snoozing.
Which is not often.
AHA–a lizard!! Now what do I do?
That kitty’s plan’ll NEVER fly…
I’m outta here.
Yes, there comes a point intense rest is invigorating, right?
Ahhk, I R …Intenst Rest therapy. YES.
WOW I R. Intense Rest therapy.
I T therapy. Works for me!
Food works for me. Any time. Or a fly buzzing in the house. I am the official Chasse-Mouche of the maison. Not sure what I’d do if I saw a lizard!!! I know what mama would do and it would be funny, hehheh – they call it in the south having a hissy-fit !!
Hey, that’s kind of a great name for a kitty, no. Hissy Fit.
Hey, great name for a kitty—Hissy Fit.
YOU ARE RIGHT!!! That’s a hilarious name – brings to mind Sassy! She was always having a hissy-fit with Pepper!! Mama tells me funny stories about those two. Cat and Dog – each with « character »!
So is your maman back from the big old city? I hope so because you need all the snuggles you can get.
Cats need 20 hours of sleep, you are perfectly fine. XO
Wow, and I thought it was only 16! YAY!
YAY, I thought it was only 16!!!
The expression on your face when you saw your lizard, priceless LouLou!
Thanks for sharing your big adventure.
Oh, I was more than surprised. I then had to DEAL with him…er…her…whatever.
Well, considering the intense look in your eyes when you finally sighted your prey, I’d say the chase must use up a lot of energy, so you need intense rest between.
I like that, “intense rest”…that about sums up my life.
