So, I’m just lying here trying to rest my bones and body after all that attention. EXHAUSTING! These guys think they can just wake me up for a snuggle ANY time of the day or NIGHT. Even in the middle of blackness when the whole world here is one big snore, mama reaches over and starts rubbing my head like a Buddha’s tummy, whatever that is.
Then she rubs my jaws to help my (non-existent!) teeth and I’m trying to get back to what I do best and mama keeps rubbin’ and rubbin’ and I think she’s half asleep herself and FINALLY she realizes that I AM A SLEEPING KITTY WHO NEEDS TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
Jeez, Louise, do these weird anthros have strange agendas, whatever they are. Agendae? Agenda?
Whatever.
All I have to say is I’m turning over and catching up on my LOST BEAUTY SLEEP!
*****
We want to thank Mr. Tony Alsup for saving doggies and kitties from hurricane Florence in the USA. Read the story here.
LouLou you are too adorable!!
Aw, shucks.
Oh Loulou! We hope you get that much needed rest. Humans don’t understand how important those 16 hours of sleep are for us. 😉
SIXTEEN—someon said just the other day TWENTY!!! But we’re all different I guess.
ahhh – YES – we thank all the wonderful people who go out of their way to take care of us when times get tough. Mama says the Blessing of the Animals should be soon – early October – just a few days after we get back from Italy. Uh Oh – that means CAR trip! Will give thanks for those wonderful people who take the time to care for us – since it will be the St. Francis of Assisi thing – and he was the guy who loved animals! Loulou, we have it really good. Even with the car and boat things they put us through…..
We DO have a blessed life, Mya, and even moreso after they do it in the churches. I’ve never been but it sounds pretty amazing.
You are such a beauty. You deserve a good rest.
Well, thank you, and I am getting a bit older, now, Ellen, so I have to put more hours in on the sleep therapy.
Thank you for that great link, and bless that man – and all the other rescuers of anthros & animals ! Catch up on your sleep.
Wasn’t he just WONDERFUL? I love it that people like that exist in our world.
Oh, Loulou, you are sure ignored and tortured and made to feel unwanted. We feel so sorry for you. Uh-huh. And turtles wear orange bandanas around their neck.
WA??? What? Turtles with orange bandanas? Are you funnin’ me or what? Okay, okay, I am NOT mistreated, but still…
