Well, hello! Here is a little funny tour of my Roma roaming because it’s just too hot to write! But here is mama’s video of the singer in the Pantheon piazza. He is there every night and sometimes he sings so much that his voice breaks but he is really, really wonderful to hear and mama says that anyone who can get up there and belt is to be admired!
Well, I know I’ve shown this before, but I just love it so much! Free water all over Rome. Literally. You can bring a bottle and fill ‘er up at any fontana, and the water is ice cold from the mountains and delicious. I drink it every day and my claws are growing…
Well, not really, but mama says it makes your hair and nails grow so maybe it does that for kitties.
The stock exchange, whatever that is. Is that where they trade their cows in for sheep or something? Have to look into that…
I hope you can’t trade your KITTIES in!
Marzipan fruit at the Sicilian bakery
The ice cream that goes with the tables in a previous blog!
Ubiquitous artichokes, a Roman passion. (Also mama’s.)
Up close and personal at the Caravaggio interactive show just closing after months in Roma. All of Caravaggio’s works projected on huge walls with music and details to see enlargements of his masterpieces.
An exhausted gallery-goer at the PalaExpo where Caravaggio’s multi-media closed on Sunday.
Fish in the window of a local ristorante
Two little Roman friends (one is mama’s step-grand-anthro).
A lovely hotel on the via Coronari
One of the many religious haberdasheries near us.
Become a gladiator by just putting on an apron!
A glove shop window being re-done. Maybe they are about to clap for the singer in the piazza!
Oh me cats LouLou you look sooooo cute. And dat kitty gettin’ a drink is just tooo much. Are you really posed to drink da water? Not sure but what ifin kitty went pawdee in iot or somethin’? MOL And as always, such yummy food. Have fun and enjo.

Dezi and Raena
Oh, Dezi, how you make me laugh. The water, fortunately is flowing all the time so the …er…pawdee would not be where we drink. I hope.
I bet that water tastes amazing. Beautiful photos.
Well, merci, and grazie (since we’re here in Italian land) and yes, it is SOOOOO cold and good. Kitties and doggies love it.
Jan says she wouldn’t have the nerve to get up there and sing. But then she can’t carry a tune, so we hope she never tries. But if they throw coins at the singer, count us furries in!
Hey, they put BIG money in his hat. So you guys practice really well and come over here to belt!
What great pictures! And how cool that the water is free…and freely running.
Yes, it’s great but one gets into bad habits for other places and has to remember again to turn off water when brushing teeth and that sort of thing.
