On to a major subject.
Okay, okay, I hear you. Please dear readers who, as mama does often, wish that politics would stay in their place and not demand attention from you or her, this election is so very important.
VOTE against a tyrant and FOR a democracy and civility.
And if you have Instagram, please look at what Robert de Nero has to say about Trump if, God forbid, he is elected. Worth a look. Mama is trying to find it to put in my blog but it’s not easy getting an Instagam into a Word Press or at least it’s not easy for mama…
The debate was a debacle for Trump.
And if I slip in a couple of thoughts on the election over the next FEW days before election day, please bear with me.
It matters. More than perhps some can imagine.
Mama read today in a brilliant novel by Elizabth Strout, Tell Me Something, that all bullies are always full of fear…and it’s clear that this one is no exception and wishes to engender fear in others.
And if there is one thing that mama will fight against with all of her being, it’s a bully.
And by the way, keep your cats and doggies SAFE! T says they might end up as dinner…

Wow, a cloud’s eye view of the cloud action, Loulou! Difficult political times for sure. We hope to see cooler heads prevail.
Ahhh….cool heads….there definitely are a few who are trying to keep our democracy safe from fanatics.

Well, it’s just interesting…Robert de Nero does have certain ideas about his/our country.
Experts are saying that the votes coming in from US citizens living abroad will be very important in the coming election too.
We always vote!!! And Democratics Abroad vote always, it’s a great org.
Sweet Loulou, you look heavenly on that cloud. Politics are not heavenly. They are a necessary evil anymore. We want peace and democracy too.
I’m glad about that and alas, it is hard-worn through getting out the vote. When Trump says you’ll never have to vote AGAIN if he’s elected, he means he will be the ruler forever…no voting will take place as he thinks of himself as ruler of the earth and will not ALLOW VOTING.
