Well, I’m just doing some Sunday Snoozing, with 7-degree C weather out there in the garden, so there is NO WAY, Jose, that I am doing a winter walkabout. NO WAY.
Mama is off to the market to see if there is a little tree for our holiday. But I like our tiny tree of lights, too. And you don’t have to water it. It was a gift from our friend, Anne, who is no longer with us, but this little jewel reminds us of her every day.
A lovely portrait!! and a totally amazing tree. It looks so radical but festive. Well done!
Well, no watering or guilt, haha. But we are thinking of going into the woods for a tiny green one…or not. Merci for your input!
What a lovely tree, Loulou! And a nice way to remember your friend.
Yes, it’s a bright spot with Anne always in our hearts.
What a magical little tree of lights – I bet it looks beautiful at night lighting the way to a good night of sleep and sweet dreams. You look quite comfy Loulou….I’m sure Santa has some special things in his bag of goodies to bring to you on Christmas Eve! Maybe you can catch a peek of him when he arrives!
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, I am going to catch that fellow this year. I’m putting out single malt….
What a pretty and bright tree you have form your friend.
Good snoozy selfie, too.
Yes and requires no care, no water, no dropped needles…but we do want a little live one.
What a sweet selfie, Loulou and a lovely reminder of your mama’s friend in that gorgeous tree.
It’s a sweet tree and yes, a sweet memory.
That’s a terrific selfie Loulou and a super cool little tree too.
Merci, all of you, and we hope all is well at your abode.
Beautiful selfie. And that is a cute little tree. XO
Well, the ones at our market are too big right now. Maybe they’ll get smaller.
What a sweet reminder of Anne ! And a very nice selfie too LouLou !
Mercy, Mary, and yes, it is a lovely reminder of our dear Anne. She always found creative things like this little tree.
That’s a pretty tree of lights you have there, Loulou.
BTW, We are in complete agreement about garden walkabouts in cold weather.
And it makes our patty paws so COLD, I need kitty mittens,

Ha ha, yes, and ours is on the piano so I can’t reach it even if I wanted to.
Now that is one very special and meaningful present and tree. Enjoy the run up to festivities, Loulou.

PS You wont find ME out for very long in those temps, either!!! Brrrr
And it’s a tree for all holidays for YEARS. I don’t think we can replace these tiny bulbs, haha. It’s an enduring tree.
Sunday snoozing is a good thing, Loulou.
Our temps go up and down like a yoyo, but for me, as long as there is no snow, I’m a happy camper.
We feel exactly the same way, and it DID snow here in southern France one winter. We would have to cover the lemons with a blankie—not easy as it’s a huge tree.
