Doggies are doing WHAT?
Wow, Mya’s maman just sent us an article from The Guardian about dogs being trained to detect COVID19 and mama found a similar article from the same newspaper.
Would that not be amazing?
A doggy nose can sniff out things much faster than other noses, and it would speed up the testing by a long shot.
Hmm, just thinkin’…kitty noses are pretty sharp, too, but training might be problematic, haha.
I have to say, however, that there is so, so much information on mama’s iPad in the morning that I have to bow out after having listened to too many reports on world affairs.
For a little break, I simply hit the nip ‘nana.
Can’t you tell?
I stick by my nip too, LouLou. Enjoy the nip nanner😸Pawkisses for a wonderful day🐾😽💞
Thank you for solidarity, haha. WE LOVE OUR NANNERS!
That is a purrty good idea I guess. Enjoy that nanner Loulou
I just hope the doggies are safe.
We’d much rather sniff nip than Covid, Loulou.
Oh, you said it, but evidently, we kitties are exempt from that training. Hmmm, wonder why?
We just wish there was no COVID period so dogs, cats, and people didn’t have to sniff or FIND the nasty virus….it would be just plain GONE FOREVER. I suppose that isn’t going to happen though. We will just continue to be safe and if dogs really are going to do “virus hunting” we hope they will be safe too!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Yes we agree with you completely but I’m afraid it’s going to be around for another few months or so and I think the doggies will be fine as they are not susceptible.
That’s wonderful news, Loulou. They can call themselves the Covid Canines.
Perfect name!!!Sorry the blog was so screwed up but we still are working on the format.
That would be so great if doggies and kitties could be trained to detect covid!! It would make it a LOT easier than that nose swab. We just heard Italy is making French people who stay more than 72 hours take a coronovirus test! Wish France had done that months ago with all the tourists coming in – countries are so ready to get the economy back, they are risking lives. Good for Italy!
Yes, the Italians have been really good at curbing problems, but in Rome, our family says there are big problems with schools and crowds not distancing, etc.
I thought as Brian did, so I am glad to know we aren’t nuts !
Well, we had major WordPress glitch and my guru found the Sharp Sniffers, but now when I look at it online, it’s all over the map. Spaces everywhere that CAN’T BE FIXED…I think I need to take out and install again my WordPress.
Strange, I was sure I saw this and commented, guess not. Happy nippy nanner time Loulou!
This blog was LOST and I just found it. Strange. Maybe it went out anyway, but no one else got it. You are magic.
