Ha ha ha, I am HERE and YOU aren’t. Garden, kibble, snuggles(!) and for a change, peace and quiet plus doing anything I wish!
Mama wrote that they are stuck in a port so may get in very, very late and so can’t call me or write or anything until tomorrow. HAH.
But it’s beauitiful on the sea, mama says, especially since there was nothing but calm all night and no waves and I would have done well–but you never know so they had to leave me in a comfortable place. Hey, I am MORE than comfortable. I am queen of the household (as if I were not before, haha).
Maybe mama can get a photo to me to put in this blog.
Wow. That exciting, huh? I guess I could have survived this time, seeing as how the sea was all glassy and smooth, but NO GARDEN? Fuggedaboutit.
And mama called when they go there because the house was so empty and sad without my furry little body scampering about.
Mama cried.
Oh, boy, if she only knew how glad I am NOT to be out of my garden and in cars and on ships…but I won’t tell.
I posted this so mama wouldn’t be homesick when she reads this…er…Loulousick.
PS They got in early and the city was BLOCKED because T was there officially and when mama and papa went to eat something next door, they found out that T’s daughter was eating up the street, hence the THREE cops in front of mama’s and papa’s door! Well, they chose the wrong trattoria, that’s for sure. The one next to us is the best around and they went to a really awful one just a block away. Didn’t do their research maybe, should have asked mama.
Glad to know they arrived safely. Sounds like they had an interesting arrival. We’re sorry your poor mama cried because she missed you. We know you said “called” but we can read between the lines. 🙂
Mama misses me so much she can hardly enjoy her trip. Well, she DID see her relatives and they are wonderful so that took her mind off things for awhile. But I know the truth…
Glad they arrived safely.
Thank you. Me, too, but boy, do they miss me ALOT!!!
Reminds me of that old joke :
Tourist : Where shall we eat ?
Local friend : We can eat up the street, if you like concrete.
I hope Mama & Papa were able to enjoy their meal.
The sea looks especially calm. But your garden is even calmer.
HAHA, that’s a good one. That’s sort of like “What’s that in the road ahead?” Or something like that.
Bonjour Loulou!! At least you had the good idea to stay in France with your garden and toys and kitty-sitter who no doubt spoils you rotten!! Well, I didn’t get your newsletters so clicked on the site – and voila!! There you are.
I hoped your mama made an appointment for the Orange Wonder with her hairdresser while he was in Rome. Alas, too late. I think a weedeater would work – maybe Frederic could give him a nice “do” if he wants to make a detour to Collioure. Or Scooby Doux – she always makes ME look better and gives me a treat afterward. Well, I’m all out of ideas. Mama tried to get an appointment with Davide the Magician but they’re closed for the long weekend. Well, enough about coiffures, it’s dinner time!!!
Ha ha that’ so funny, that weedeater thing is WONDERFUL. Probably would choke up on that rug! The guru is working on the FeedPress that delivers my blogs to people and who royally screwed up. They should be back soon.
