To be sung to Good King Wenceslas:
Good King Wenceslas looked out
On a grave pandemic
Fear was everywhere it’s true
The virus is systemic
The king so wisely advised
Stay firmly in your shelter
Help your neighbor, calm your kids
This thing is helter-skelter
Only you can stop this plague
By staying put and waiting
Shun a crowd, stay well apart
No dining out or dating!
Chorus
This, America, will work
As it did for China
Together we can force this thing
From major into min-in-or!
Love and hope from Loulou and chorus💕😻👍
Now that is a song I can sing along too
Oh, so you love it , too?
The purrrfect song!
Merci! Love that king.
Love that, Loulou! 🙂
A good king, old Wenceslas.
oooooh – mama was singing that to me (I had to pretend not to grimace, with her voice!) but it may have sounded better with the donks in chorus!! Hey, gotta be safe – but find the humor, where we can! Today mama will drag out her accordion since she doesn’t know what to paint. I have a feeling that will be worse than her singing. Loulou, be glad you’re not here!!!
Tell your mama to paint herself! BIG. She is so lively and beautiful. And hey, can she play Good King Wenceslas? We need back up.
Bravo, that was very uplifting!
Oh, thank you, it helps to have back up singers.
Wow ! Great song, LouLou – of course now it is stuck in my head.
GOOD. But you’re the one person who doesn’t need it. Try getting No One’s Gonna Harm You out of mama’s head!
