I know this is pretty uninteresting to anyone but I’d just like you to know that I was being chased by a black suitor and it was raining and I skidded practically into our French doors whilst trying to get to safety. Hey, I can’t help it if it’s open season on kitty dating!!!
So aside from this fascinating photo above, I’d like to say that mama and papa just got back from American Sniper and mama says she’s exhausted and has to have a rest after so much shooting and war. Of course her feeling always is why on earth to men HAVE wars? Not easy to answer. And yes, if another country’s bad guys decide to fly airplanes into your city’s towers, something has to be done.
The problem with Clint’s take on 9/11 or rather the author’s take is that Al Quaeda was NOT in Iraq but Afganistan and so the war in Iraq was begun for a completely different reason and our illustrious president at the time did not seem to know the difference between where the bad guys were and those in Iraq.
Just thought I’d point that out, but actually, from a kitty point of view, it is a sad state of affairs when poor countries with no benign leadership that works for the people and their safety and welfare are the targets of any aggression within or without and unfortunately, when the USA steps in, it is obliged to finish it too and to leave a better place than what it found. Not sure that happened.
But mama says that Mr. Eastwood sure knows how to shoot film and that American Sniper is a gripping film, but about one tour too long…
Still, an amazing hero, this Texan who had 160 ‘kills’ during his stint in the war.
But for me, and for mama, unimaginable. Unimaginable.
Shooting human beings just doesn’t register here.
She thinks love is all you need. But maybe she’s wrong. The bad guys don’t seem to know that…
We wish there wasn’t any war. But for some reason the humans just can’t stop themselves.
Unfortunately, it is mostly men who wage war. Not many women generals out there…
Your Mama is right.
No one needs war.
Apart from that suitor chasing you Loulou!

Well, that dude has given up on me. No wonder, haha. I’m not exactly the best candle on the cake in that respect. Nice to hear from you, Mungo.
Jan once knew an ex-sniper. Snipers might be necessary in war but it does something to the mind. 🙁
WOW. Well mama’s from Texas so she can shoot but she doesn’t want to. Except at carnivals and then it’s fun to try to win something for the little step-grandkids…Guns scare the bejesus out of me. Who was the sniper? Mama’s brother was on a pistol team in the army, but mama never did pistols.
