Between two knees…
Sleeping with kitties was one of the many pieces of advice that mama’s friend, Kate, gave to her, before Kate died suddenly in Modena, Italy two years ago.
She said that sleeping with cats can be psychologically beneficial, sweetness for the spirit and keep your (arthritic?) knees, joints, whatever warm and soothed through the night.
On the tummy
Now here is an article from Good News, the publication online that mama’s friend’s son has started, about sleeping with pets.
Maybe next time you’re thinking about counting sheep, you might want to think about sleeping with them, haha.
Isn’t he cute? And so cuddly…
But not like ME.
I always aim for the parts that ache…
We like to sleep with our humans.
And boy, would they miss it if we didn’t!!!
How sweet of you to ease the ache, Loulou. Your mom’s friend gave her some good advice.
Boy, does mama ease MY ache. I think I have a little arthritis in my back leg, yet when I hear the kibble being shaken, my leg seems to be fine!
I agree , I can’t sleep without a cat in bed- preferably my Sammy on my pillow. I am sorry about your Mom’s friend, it sounds like she was a sweet lady.
Oh, she was so, so good and such a kind heart. And boy, did SHE know cats!
Oh LouLou you are always so adowable. Mommy sez she can’t sleep without kitties bein’ right next to her. Or layin’ on her chest like me sumtimes does. MOL But mommy luvs it and don’t let her tell ya’ different. And me luvs sleepin’ next to mommy on da big bed too. We have da bestest cuddles. Sometimes they be so good me doesn’t even wanna get outta bed.
Luv ya’
Dezi
Oh, Dezi, we don’t want to get out of bed either, except I hear papa rattling my kibble sack and I’m OUTTA there!!!
