Well, I think this applies to me, for sure.  In this kind of weather–with cold winds blowing and then sun pouring down suddenly in the middle of the day, really warm sun, warm enough for me to roll in the mulch and get it all over my fur coat so I can bring it into the house and roll on mama’s rug, haha, and then all of a sudden, cold winds again that drive you indoors–you just feel as if the very best thing a body can do is a good  snoozerino.

Or at least day-dream.  I do that a lot.  My eyes get sort of slitty and mama thinks I’m giving her and papa kitty kisses, but actually, THEY get all slitty-eyed back and are giving anthro kisses to me, while I am really grooving into another space-time continuum as papa calls it and thinking about…well…other things.

Day-dreaming is one of life’s pure pleasures.  Ideas and creative thoughts sort of drift by your consciousness, or semi-consciousness in my case, haha, and suddenly, a major problem you felt you could not possibly solve just unwinds itself in stages, almost in slow-motion, and voila, everything falls into place and the problem is no more.

Well, you really must day-dream more often in winter, that’s my advice.  Not only does it produce sweet results, it keeps your brain really WARM!

Off to dreamland…zzzz
