Well, in case you can’t recognize what’s going on here, my little paw is making sure mama’s leg won’t go anywhere. I am thankful that we have a few more days together before THEY go off gallavanting with adolescent anthros (and their parents, but who counts them?) and I am HA HA HA left here to get treats and love and snuggles with my aunty and uncle and maybe even a ukelele tune or so…
For sure, I’ll get the jabs, but that’s a given.
We are thankful for jabs and insulin and TREATS AFTER!!!
(Well, a little dab of malt paste never hurt anyone, right?)
When mama was younger she said to papa, “No flabby triceps for me” and has excercised to (maybe help) keep them from wobbling, so I am saying about malt paste treats, “No hairballs for ME!”
It worked for me, can’t speak for mama,
Dreaming of time with my aunty Jacqueline, uncle Brian and aunty Sue.💤
And we thank and are thankful FOR all of the wonderful places and anthros who have sheltered and adopted kitties all over the world. MERCI!
Shelter/dumpster cats are the best. Mine loves to hang out in his felted cat bed
Oh, we love your felted cat bed! Maybe we should look into that one… thank you for visiting.
I’m glad you’re getting extra snuggles in with your mama, Loulou.
I love snuggling, more than anything, except, of course, food.
Awww, Loulou such cute pics. Your aunty and uncle are so lucky they get to look after you.
Well, I hope it’s ‘lucky’….I’m sure they will report my behaviour…
Well Loulou I’m sure you’ll miss your Mama and Papa BUT you have relatives who will spoil you rotten and keep you happy while your parents are visiting. I think they will miss you just as much as you will miss them….maybe more! I bet they bring you back a present too!!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Are you diabetic? Carmine is a sugar kitty, too.
We hope you have fun with your aunt and uncle while your humans are away. Tell them to make up songs about you and sing them to you. 🙂
WONDERFUL…mama does that sometimes and it’s very…er…calming. For her, haha. Do you have any suggestions about me and my sugar-kittiness? I have 4 IU of insulin morn and night, but my back legs have become weak so it’s not easy to lie down quickly and papa carries me upstairs. He is my elevator! Who is your sugar kitty? We’ll visit and see.
LouLou, over here those “flabby triceps” are known as “saddlebags.”
Wait a minute…those are on…er…the hips, no? The what is known as the side-butt on Pahla B Exercise videos! She’s a kick, check her out. And yes, it is Pahla.
You are such a cutie. I know your folks will be counting the days to get home to you. XO
They already are!
Rescued is our favorite breed, Loulou!
Am pretty sure that The Hubby and I will live with cats for the rest of our lives; it’s the only way to go.
Life without kitties is like life without life! Or friendship, or snuggles or sun puddles or…don’t get me sarted.
Adopters and fosters and so special and we appreciate them all too Loulou. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Hold on to your Mama as long as you can, LouLou!
We think you’ll do just fine with your loving caregivers when your own regular ones go to have some ‘us time’.
Adoption/rescue is for sure the way to go…and we are thankful we were!
Well, I was rescued for SURE because some dolt family abandoned me in my village after summer was over. We think. Don’t want to accuse but I was in good/bad shape when I was rescuded from the wood pile.
Shelter babies are the very best of babies. We’ve always gone to the shelter.
Have a purrfect Thankful Thursday and rest of the week. ♥
Yes, shelter babies are the BEST!
