Well, yet another great image from Mya’s maman, who says, “Look what kitties can do in Italy!“
But frankly, I’ve never run into this kettle of fish anywhere (not that I get out much…sigh) but in the open markets somewhere, there is probably a kitty having quite a nice little first course before she/he discovers the butcher throwing away scraps as they prepare meat for clients.
Mama sees them cutting of really nice parts of meat and tossing them in a bucket behind the counter. All a kitty would have to do is sneak in and lurk! And I’m good at that. I lurked last night and when mama and papa went to bed, I leapt onto the duvet and scared the daylights out of them because they thought I was in the living room, haha.
Mama, I didn’t mean to scare you, so can we make up?
Well, you have to make your own entertainment around here in winter, right?
Hmm…what can I come up with tonight…?
Will report.
Maybe hide under the sheets at the foot of the bed and nip their toes…that ought to get some action going.
Well,Loulou – I don’t know what Mama was thinking since I’ve never seen anything like this in Nice, either! But it can give us hope, huh? I’m now on the lookout for big stands of steak I can grab. And the stroller puts me up even higher since I’m so short. Look out food stands!!!!!
Oh, Mya, you live the Life of …er…MYA!!!
Rip their toes? You don’t mean that, Loulou. You’re too sweet to cause bodily harm to your mama or papa. On purpose.
Actually I keep my claws in most of the time unless playing before breakfast or dinner. But I’m expected to HUNT then, right?
Dang, a fish bucket doesn’t sound like a bad idea!
Maybe a meat bucket for doggies.
Oh LouLou – you are a mischievous kitty !
Today I think I’ll relax from all of this plotting.m
