You mean that is NOT a tarantula? Whatever that is…
Well, mama found this amazing dancer on YouTube and I wanted to share it with you as I could not take my eyes off of her spider dance. I think I thought it was a real spider!
But she has, mama says, the most amazing extensions of any dancer we know and we watch a lot of dancers. Mama loved Nureyev and I am a ballet fan, too.
Since it is Sunday, and we need to relax and enjoy our week of work, mama thought you might like to hear this young singer, too, who is a dead ringer for Edith Piaf, the great French chanteuses. Hey, a singer ringer!
As you can see, we have been finding all sorts of fun things today. I think I need to limit my iPad watching, but I’m hooked on the red string, so anything to distract me from being strung out is a good thing, haha.
Uh, oh…I hear mama.
LOULOU, where is my iPad?
I had better play possum, much as I like being myself, haha.
We really enjoyed that thanks
We loved it, too. And the dancer started at three years old! She says that not everyone who dances can manage that dance because you have to have certain joints and certain muscles in order to create it and do it.
Wow, very cool! We also love to watch YouTube 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
We had never seen anything like it.
Wow! That dancer has some moves!
Yes, she is plastic dancer!
WOW! That spider dancer is – amazing! So is the singer….there are so many talented people out there. My Mom is currently fascinated with dancer/violinist Lindsey Stirling. Love her videos. Glad to see your cute kitty background back on the blog! 🙂 🙂
Hugs, Teddy
Yes, we are, too, thank you, guru Andrew, and we are going to look up Lindsay Stirling.
Wow – the spider dancer and the singer are both incredible, Loulou. Thanks for sharing.
And there is another video on the same page as the dancer of a little girl doing the Spider dance. She is as flexible as the adult dancer but it is all a bit wonderfully creepy, no?
It is a little creepy ;). All good this side, Loulou. Hope you are all doing well too.
Oh, so glad you are all right. Keep safe….
Loved the dancer, too. And Edith Piaf is our favorite French singer.
Wow – Mamma whould try the dance (since she can’t sing) – but WOW! Loulou – maybe we should do a dance number together? Or howl and meow while our Mammas play the piano!!!??? Weather is almost spring-like here – LOVE IT!!!!!
Beautiful here, too, and birdies everywhere at our feeder. Papa has taken some great photos….
Oh my cat!! She embodies the spider doesn’t she WOW!!
Creepy too LOL!!
WOW! Milena is something else! I tried to catch her! Mom won’t let me play the string game…apparently I scratched the iPad screen with my claws! Thanks for sharing the dance with me! Loulou you are AWESOME! we hope you and your peeps have a marvellously happy day!
Make a plastic sleeve out of a thin plastic folder and slip the iPad into it, open, and we kitties cannot scratch it.
Oh my goodness, I really haven’t seen anything like that before Loulou!
Is it not amazing? Like elastic that dancer.
Eeks! I do not like spiders, even a person dancing as one, but I can appreciate that they are important to the ecosystem…just not within my eyesight, okay?
Hahahaha!
Celestial Angel and Chuck used to eat spiders, but Da Boys don’t bother with them, but moths…they go berzerk!
But that spider would snuggle you I am sure!
That is an amazing dancer! Thanks for sharing it sweet LouLou!
Wasn’t she amazing? I’m still trying to make myself into a spider, haha.
