Well, today, since I am packing up my computer for overnight, I thought I’d entertain you with lessons in how to play The String Game and hope that suffices, whatever that means. You know those Washington Post funny word things they publish each year? Well, they are fun to think up; for example suffice–having enough sorbet in your freezer. I’m sure you all out there can think up infinite new words for 2017! Meanwhile, here goes:
First, you look for said string.
It’s in there, just keep looking!
AHA! Found it. Now hold on very tightly!
Let it know who is BOSS by pulling a few times violently with your saber teeth.
It will try to get away, but HOLD OLD. That string is very cagey.
No matter how fast it tries to escape, keep batting at it and don’t worry about the blurred photos, okay?
You have to be RUTHLESS. Make it AFRAID of your muzzle!
It will try each time to grab your TAIL, so protect that at all costs.
Give it a good WHACK for being so ornery!
You have almost subdued that sucker–a few more seconds and it will be CONQUERED!
SUCCESS!!! VICTORY IS MINE!
Whew…that was a tough one. Next time I’ll shred that sucker!
Wow that is one heck of a game of string. I know it will help your slim and svelte figure!
Happy Sunday Selfie!

Just remember to play responsibly and never by yourself. Swallowed string can cause all sorts of gastrointestinal problems. Very good photos and teaching session Loulou. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
OH, thank you for that. I should have said “raffia” is what the long thingy is made from. And mama sees to it that I don’t eat it.
That looks like a great piece of string and you look like you’re having a terrific time with it!
Have a super week…

Wonderful action shots ! Well done, Loulou ! You showed that string who is the boss ! Purrs
Sometimes you just have to take the upper hand.
These pictures of you and your string made my day, Loulou. You are a super ferocious string-wrangler! That nap is well deserved!
Oh thank you. I love that you understand my string addiction.
