Well, today, we thought we would put in the grandmere who wanted “sugah” from the necks of her little grandanthros, just for fun.
I guess it could be considered art, since some photos are definitely artful. But it it’s not, at least you know now what mama’s mama had to contend with, haha.
She used to entertain mama’s mama’s “beaus” before mama’s mama was ready to go out, and they neveer wanted to leave…arggggh….Poor mama’s mama….
And we wish to extend condolences to the family of Queen Elizabeth II and all of her subjects who loved her so. She reminded mama of her mama, for some reason, maybe the smile…
Mama loved that she wore green outfits when visiting Ireland. What a Queen!
Here’s the “sugah”lady…
What a beautiful portrait, Loulou. Such a sweet sugah lady. Love that she used to entertain all your mama’s beaus.
Well, SHE loved it, but mama’s mama was a bit put off with her mama’s behavior. And her mama’s mama was PREGGIES…you didn’t walk around in that shape in those days, haha, but mama’s mama did.
What a lovely photograph!
Merci, so glad you can smile today with a nice photo.
That’s a beautiful old photograph…..a most artful pose. Like you – your poses are always quite artful too Loulou!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, merci, Tedikins. And yours, too.
Such a beautiful photo. XO
Well, she was a pistol…
What sweet memories (well maybe not the corset part) of grandmere and the Queen. Purrs.
Haha, so glad mama doesn’t wear one of those prisoner thingys…
That’s very cool! Hope you’re feeling okay Loulou.
Well, I’m in between but eating and still on 4 IU insulin. Also Mirataz in the ear at night… thank you for asking.
Thank goodness modern peeps don’t have to wear corsets and poof their hair like in the olden times, Loulou.
We are so much easier to live with when we are comfortable.
WOW, you’re telling me! And mama remembers her grandpere lacing up her grandmere’s corset as she clung to the bedpost, haha.
I saw Queen Elizabeth II, when I was a teen, I was very close and could have touched her. She came to our town, but I do not remember why exactly.
I will miss her, she was queen just before I was born.
The whole world has had a severe loss…
Your Mama’s Grandmere was beautiful too.
