Well, since I didn’t GO anywhere for summer holidays, I’m trying to amuse myself as best I can by helping mama make the bed. So while I was doing THIS (on the edge of boredom), that bad doggy, Mya, was taken on a three-week trip to Brittany by her parents and she sent some shots from HER tarvels!!!
Here she is with her papa in a long, lovely doggy-run, or it looks like one to me. Even if it is raining…
Mya visited these donks and said they are are far more interesting than MINE. Well, whadda’ ya’ expect, with coifs like those? I wonder how they get a comb through that stuff. Maybe it was a bad hair day…
Oh, can you believe it–MYA! You are supposed to keep your head in the circle–get back in there! (But love your tee, tee hee.)
Great, just GREAT. Mya goes off to a place that has nothing but oysters and shrimp and crab and mama says to me, “Loulou, go have some fun in the garden. We can’t GO to Brittany right now!” So here I am, creatively amusing myself in a planter. Wow, the excitement!!!
Maybe they’ll invite me on their next trip with Mya–we could learn to get along, maybe even take a pic or two in one of those funny cutouts.
Maybe I should start planning my wardrobe, get out the suitcase, pack my brush and comb, maybe some of those chicken nugget kibbles just in case…
Somehow this just is NOT like a jaunt up the coast of Bretagne…
Oh poo! Sorry you didn’t get to go to Brittany! I can’t believe they went on adventure and took the D-O-G, but didn’t include you?! The nerve. That planter looks like a fine place to leave them a little surprise or two – a reminder that you aren’t to be left out! Tee hee hee!
Loulou we know you enjoy that garden just fine but have to meow about Mya MOL
Oh, but she LOVES the tomatoes so!!! And it’s so cute to watch her hunt them…
Oh my Cat those goats look utterly weird!
Wait? You didn’t go on holiday? Did you serve, no piscine nourishment at all??
Well, those goats bray, I think. I think they are donkeys but hey, six of one, half a dozen of another. I do not have a piscine but I do have the sea, if that is the question. But we are going somewhere in a week or so, all together. ARGGGGGG
WELL, Loulou – it was great fun, but chère – count your lucky stars!! Almost every day they put me in the CAR (I know, whine whine) even with my pouffy leopard pillow and safety harness, I’d prefer to be feet, oops, paws on the ground!! But it was beautiful and the table tidbits were unbeatable!! But I’m ready for Paris and the stroller – you game Loulou? Nip and cream – well one of he specialties of the region is cream made from donkey milk. But those dudes we saw sure could use a trip to Scooby Doux. She always makes me look more chic with a clip and coiffure. They need a weedeater!! Well, I’m being catty. Oops, sorry. OK, Loulou, think Paris en Pousette en duo.
DONKEY MILK? Wow, I’ll bet that’s good stuff. And those hairdos are pretty innovative…Maybe I’ll grow mine out.
Oh Lou Lou, did they leave you behind?
It’s okay…you look lovely there in the garden!
Have a super Sunday…
Noodle and crew
No, no one left me behind. I just wanted to travel with Mya on HER trip, but I’m not sure we would have gotten along after four hours in a back seat!
good question. what is a toodle pip? It’s always such fun to learn a new “language” (slang?).
Well, I’ll just incorporate it into mine because I love the sound. Toodle pip, Jan!
LouLou, do not forget that a trip to Brittany would involve TRAVEL. Though you look like you are practicing being in a small boat in that planter. But if you continue to help with the chores around the house, I bet Mama will distract – er – REWARD you with nip and cream in the comfort of home !
Ah, a new recipe: Whip up the nip with 1 carton of heavy cream. Garnish with fresh nip, chopped fine. NOT FINELY!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Loulou, I rather like your planter, but do think you have been short changed on not only the lack of nip there in, but also by way of a lack of a holiday view out thereof. I do hope you get to go on the next holiday, and have one of those strollers to go around in and promenade along the Paris streets, assuming you go to Paris?
Anyways pack light, one piece suit and cream and nip supplies is all a lady needs. MOL
Toodle pip and purrs till the next time
ERin
What’s a toodle pip??? LOVE having it, whatever it is. Yes, a lady only needs her nip and cream…..
