Well, mama wrote me that the sun is out where they are somewhere called Can, I think, whatever that is, and it’s 75 degrees and everyone is in tee shirts (do I care?) and that there has not been very good food (about that, I care!) but that soon they will hook up with my aunt-in-law and I’m sure that together they will cook up something tasty, haha, even if I am not there to make sure it’s okay.
Mama and papa don’t often take a few days like this WITHOUT ME to just visit with family and meet somewhere nice and frankly, I’m sort of glad they are having a few days (without WAKING ME UP TO SNUGGLE) alone to catch up on sleep and family stories and just kick back and have no worries for a short time. Worries is not the word to use but instead “opportunities”, as a good friend of mama and papa called “problems”….I like that. Opportunities.
So I guess that means that my problem of not having enough kibble in my dish is an “opportunity”, right?
HEY, Kitty Whisperer, I have an opportunity here for you, okay?
teehee – I’ll bet they’re feeling really guilty, not knowing how you are using your charm to coerce extra treats and snuggles from Kitty Whisperer. I won’t tell – we have to stick together and make them feel guilty to get extra STUFF. But not TOO guilty, because then we’ll be stuck having to TRAVEL with them – UGH. Home girls, we are.
Yes, Home Girl is a great name. But mama will see you soon, Mya, and I’m a bit sad not to see you, too.
Ah, sounds as if everyone is happy where they are at the moment, but your mama and papa will soon tire of being without you and rush back to fill your bowl with whatever you’d like.
Hey, maybe those sardines you mentioned!
Well, LouLou, if your whisperer does not fill your dish, you may have to speak up !
And I know how to speak, you can bet your paws.
They will appreciate you more when they return.
Yes, absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that sort of thing.
The mom says 75 degree weather sounds pawsome…she wishes she was in Can or wherever your humans are. We hope your food dish gets filled, Loulou.
Hey, my Whisperer actually filled my food dish but I won’t tell mama it was with beluga caviar…haha, just kidding.
An empty dish is an oppurrtunity to be a filled dish LouLou, and it better get filled soon. MOL Lookin’ gawjus. Big hugs
Luv ya’
Dezi and Raena
I like that way of looking at thing, Dezi, and thank you for being so smart!
