Hey, do you think this is a good mask for Halloween? Will anyone know who I am, haha?
😻😻😻
We loved this charming poem from our dear friend’s recent newsletter. Her writing is so uplifting to read, and you may remember her kitty, Peekay, in some of my earlier posts.
A moment of calm and sweetness in our troubled world.
October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came—The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples, And leaves of every name.
The Sunshine spread a carpet, and everything was grand, Miss Weather led the dancing, Professor Wind the band.
Mama is off to make that soup as we have some nice autumn pears! Will report…
Oh, yes, we wish we had such a mask, sweet angel. Here’s a Pawkiss straight on your close nose 🐾😽💞
Ha ha maybe your mama could print my mask and cut it out to fit you, haha. DON’T bother. You two are too cute for masks.
it’s the perfect mask Loulou! And what a beautiful poem! Thanks for the well wishes for Zulu!
Oh, you are so welcome and we hope, hope for the best. Merci for your visit.
I may have to try out that mask too, Loulou! ~Murphy
OH wow I’ll bet it would look good on you, too, dear Murphy. Or…you might have one lying around somewhere that is similar….
Mom tried to make a chicken pot pie but scatterbrained her forgot the gravy part of the pie.
OH, no, the gravy is the glue, haha. If at first you don’t succeed, let the kitties and doggie enjoy it and try again, haha.
That would have been a pawesome idea too bad Mom didn’t think of that.
Next time…
What a lovely poem, LouLou!
What kind of soup is it that your Mama makes, that includes pears? Can you share the recipe?
Oui, mama is taking the pics right now before she fraps the whole shebang up for dinner. Amazing, no, to put pears in soup? It’s a Martha Stewart recipe mama recieved from a newsletter friend and she’ll post that link, too.
October’s party is always beautiful here – the trees put on a show that is unbelievably colorful and prepares us for the “monotone” of winter. Loulou that mask of yours fits you purrfectly (tee hee).
Hugs, Teddy
HAHA, love that you have changing trees and so much nature right in your backiyard! Merci!
This is a lovely poem. I hope you are having such a wonderful autumn as that.
Isn’t it just perfect for our crazy times (and weather!). Our autumn is just beginning…
A lovely and sentimental bit of poetry! Very apt for fall.
Well, it may be a bit corny but oh, so relevant right now when we need sweet words from sweet poets.
Super mask for Halloween, Loulou! And I do love the poetry, too!
Well, merci, and yes, a little sweet poem helps us get through these wacko times.
Lovely poems LouLou !And we like your “Lone Ranger” mask.
HAHA that’s exactly what it looks like! Didn’t think of that. Heigh Ho Silver!
Thanks for the link. I will check it out. We have a lot of pears so I hope she posts the recipe. 🙂 XO
Just about to make it right NOW!
That is so very nice! I hope the weekend is nice for you too!
Merci, Mr T. LOVED your playtime hour…and what sweet kitties all liking one another, or so it seemed!
Loulou, luv the eye mask! Pears in soup! Are we invited to this yummy treat? Precious
