THAT BAD BIRDIE WAS IN MY FOUNTAIN AGAIN! And look what he left behind! No couth, that one.
Well, I don’t know what all this Friday business is about (maybe “to growl is feline“) but mama was LATE helping me do my blog so as I growl, I hope this finally reaches you, wherever that may be. She spent all afternoon, well, from five on, transplanting her Super Sauce, Cherokee Purple and Chocolate Cherry tomatoes into bigger pots in hopes that in three weeks WHEN I AM DESERTED (!) the little plants will be big enough to be planted on their own next to their tee-pee supports.
Hey, hope springs eternal, whatever that is.
Will there be tomatoes or will there only be weeds when mama returns?
We’re shootin’ for THESE.
I, for one, will do MY part (and you know what THAT is) to keep the garden fertilized and fed, heh, heh.
With you fertilizing, we’re sure there will be tomatoes and weeds, Loulou. 🙂
HEY, what’s this weed thing? Actually, I love chewing on them so I hope some show up.
LouLou, she trusts you to look after her wonderful tommy-toes while she is gone !
Wait a minute. Tommy=toes? LOVE that, whatever that is.
ooooweeeee!!! Those look like some big TREATS in store!! I will have to come and help you eat the red things growing on the vines called tomatoes! I’ll even help chase the birds and fertilize the garden. Wow. What would they do without us to make life more fun and interestinng!!??
I like the eat and chase part but…er…doggies do so much more when they “help” in the garden, haha.
oh LouLou you are sooo silly! At first I thought that birdie thought it was an open bar….now I think it thinks it is an open toilet! MOL! Mom’s tomatoes look amazing!
Happy fertilizing!! xoxo
Hey, Caren, those are LAST YEAR tomatoes…we are just hoping for a repeat summer, but thank you anyway.
you are such a helper! hope your mama appreciates you efforts.
Well, she is appreciating my help by GOING TO SEE HER GRANDANTHROS (well-stepgrandanthros) for way too long. BUT, if I had to choose between that ship, the car and miles in a cage plus throwing up on a rough sea and my garden and snuggles with SUE and time to relax, I’d choose the latter any day!
