HEllO OUT THERE…I’m showing my tummy! ANYONE?
Well, there were many journalists yesterday who alluded to the fact that young voters turned out in great numbers to strengthen our democracy, but not all votes are counted just yet. We shall see…
I think I just have to be thankful for a country in which everyone who is elegible can vote FREELY WITHOUT FEAR of retribution. We hope.
If only whiskered meowers and barkers could have their say!!! And rabbits and ducks and hamsters and all the rest.
Maybe we’d get some things done that have long needed attention, right?
Meanwhile, I’m thankful for all the attention I am getting from the prodigal parents. That is, I think I am…
Okay, I’ve turned over the other way. Maybe someone will notice…
Ahhh, at last, my love has come along…
Mama and papa definitely made a positive return.
I’m thankful that you finally got some belly rubbins, Loulou.
OUI, I did get a few, all right. Pays to have THEM take a trip elsewhere.
Mighty tempting tummy Loulou and I see your Papa came along just in time to give you one of his famous tummy rubs. We wish pets could vote too…..
Hugs, Teddy
Well, mama is waiting to see the outcome of all because I think she has a bit of what is known in Italian as scaramanzia…superstition. Frankly I just think she is exhausted from reading so much about this election and is taking a rest until the fat lady sings, whatever that means…
Cheers to all things positive, Loulou. Most especially tummy tickles.
Yes, T Ts all day long.
That’s the best tummy for scritches! That’s something to be thankful for.
Oh, merci, and I do show it off all the time…
Love you two!!! Nice to know which is which. But we could not find a comments box.
I’m pretty sure I mentioned this before but I can’t vote (me, Brian), but I did get called for jury duty. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
LOVE that you were called for jury duty – I’m sure whoever it was being accused would have gotten off..haha
I think kitties should be allowed to vote. I wish I could snorgle that tummy. XO
You may snorgle from afar, dear Ms E.
We wish the anipals could vote too – but their love helps us keep calm in difficult times.
Boy, is that the truth!! Mama snuggles me when she’s running around like a crazed weasel…
Loulou,
Grabbing my car keys and purse; I’ll be there soon to rub dat belleh!
And have homemade focaccia from mama!
oh my cod lou lou, such a spek-tack-yoo-lur tummy!!!!
Well, merci, and I am keeping my figure just to have this tummy!
Election Day is for us like watching the Superbowl, we never miss it – although our team usually loses here in the Lone Star State.
Enjoy those tummy rubs LouLou, that is one primo tum, I wish I could reach out and give it a rub or two, then a snorgle!
All snorgles accepted. Mama was born in the Lone Star State but does not go back, even though LOTS of family is scattered all over the place…still, a sweet childhood did take place there.
