Well, mama’s waterworks are still active, but everything I have read about tears to heal seem pretty normal to me. So mama and papa are healing well, in my opinion.
And this garden thingy will be so sweet for me.
I miss my roses and they are just about to bloom!! Hooray!
Spring actually made an appearance yesterday as mama’s radishes poked their heads up…mama plants radishes asap because they come up very fast and give her satisfaction that SOMETHING will grow, haha. Love those radishes.
Hey, looks like tomato plants are being too agressive! Where did THEY come from?
Well, I myself do NOT eat radishes but mama loves them with butter on dark bread. I’d better go check on those little suckers…I think I saw a red part coming up, yay yay!
False alarm, only the green parts. What the heck.
But our lemon tree did get a haircut and he is SOOO happy. It is supposed to put out more lemons after a trim.
Oh, sweety, the waterworks are still here too, it’s never easy, but in time it will get better, purromise💗Soft Pawkisses for your mama and papa🐾😽💞
Btw that is an amazing lemon tree🍋
How well we understand about Little Binky…Merci.
Tears can sneak up when least expected. Even with things starting to come up in the garden, we know you are at the top of your mom and dad’s minds Loulou. And we continue to delight in seeing you. Well, you wonderfully-named-lovelies, I just hope it’s not weird to readers if I still have a few things to say…my helper, mama, has not been in this situation for many years but she feels that to keep her hand in and help me virtually is healing…
Sad as they are, tears are good because they show you are dealing with the sadness. We hope they will start to dry up soon.
It has been beautiful, even way up north of you here. But we are told this is about to change.
Purrs,
The Chans
So glad for beatiful weather, even if for a few rare moments!
Loulou you really make a lovely “Garden Guru” – checking on all of yours and your Mom’s plants. The garden is a perfect place for you to be in charge of…..angels add special vibes that make for special blooms and growth for plants. The lemon tree and the view are amazing!
Hugs, Teddy and Mom too
Oui, it is a nice view even if the growing huts of our neighbor are out there, too, but we love his produce and are enriched by his presence! We do have lovely hills in the distance.
Tears really are healing, Loulou. Your mama’s garden is looking so lovely and I’m sure she has many happy memories of you there.
Oui, oui, so many memories and really sweet ones!
Yep, those tears happen, often when they least expect them. Being normal isn’t always fun. Thanks for joining Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Well, mama is getting a nice bath for her eyeballs from time to time. I think she’ll be okay in a while. Not completely, but better.
oh my cod loulou!!! your catio iz dee bomb!! dee mum unnerstandz dee tearz, iz so hard missing your furry furrend so bad. my mum hadz a furry hard time win dee honey sunshine hadz to leave jus shy ov her 15th birthday. even 15 years iz nefur enuf.
Oh how beautiful a name is that! Honey sunshine…and yes, missing is part of one’s life for so many who leave it but I am very happy in her and papa’s heart….
I saw some tear drops on some of those seedlings, LouLou…
Your lemon tree is so beautiful! Hope you get loads of lemons from it!
Well, a few tears are nice water for those little radishes I think and we will get more lemons next year because of the haircut, we hope.
‘Round here, Angel Loulou, we have the end of the snowdrops, and the pussywillow fluffs are just about gone.
Hoping that things are sprouting under the leaf litter, especially the two Springtime gardens that I put in last year.
We are expecting a snowstorm tomorrow, then the temps go up into the normal/average realm.
Oh, pussywillow, how appropriate is that in your garden, haha. And leaf litter sounds very healthy for a garden! Mama has a compost hole, which is why our lemon tree puts out so many lemons, she thinks.
It is in the 20’s (F) this morning (but it is a full moon, or nearly so, which usually means colder weather…) so it is heartening to see some greenery from Out Your Way, especially your(and Mama’s and Papa’s) amazing lemon tree !
WOW, chilly willy! Uh…maybe not the right description, haha but it does rhyme…and yes, mama hugs that sweet tree often.
