Perhaps you have seen this?
Well, papa’s ex sent the most WONDERFUL video this morning, and both mama and papa were a bit sniffly when they watched it (well, mama’s sniffly anyway, haha, but not for long; the tea is working), along with me.
Isn’t it amazing what animals can do for those who are ill? We seem to have a sixth sense for when we are most needed and then we are right THERE, ready to soothe and heal.
But none of us had ever seen a horse in hospital! What a lovely idea, and is that the most beautiful horsey you have ever seen? He seems as if he would love to say something, and yet he is saying so much with his sweet nuzzles.
We love these uplifting videos that so many of you discover. Thank you.
Glad your mommy is feelin’ better LouLou. You look very purretty. And we’re sure you’re takin’ very good care of her. Big hugs
Luv ya’

What a BEAUTIFUL story!!!! We animals have a sense that people don’t seem to have – we know when people feel bad and want to make them feel better. Some animals even sense the end of life and are extra comforting and protective. We are all living creatures who should be respected and share the joys of the world. Except maybe fleas…….
Oh, you are too funny, Mya. Fleas, indeed. Have you ever seen a flea circus? They are pretty talented!
Flea circus? I had one on my entire BOD after we came back from Genoa!! Mama had to take me to the vet for emergency flea remedy.
Oh, how awful, Mya. Wonder why Genoa? Maybe they have a lot of circuses there, haha. Or maybe the fleas wanted a change of scene in France.
Animals are so soothing, they should get to be more involved in healing.
Well, mama had a friend whose German Shepard was the hit of the hospital and he visited once a week.
That was really special, Loulou. We’ve never seen a therapy horse. Thanks for sharing.
You are so welcome.
Beautiful therapy horse !
Akron Children’s Hospital had Petey the Pony for years. When he finally retired(due to old age) they has another pony trained as his replacement so they could keep the program going !
Aren’t they just the most brilliant animals? And such sweet eyes…
