Well, these aren’t tulips but they are the first fleurs of spring in our garden besides the tiny yellow jonquils that disappeared overnight! I think mama calls them candytuft, which is a pretty cute name for these guys. That is if you can find the tuft on a candy, haha.
(Yes, I am opening our door to the patio, yes, I do it when mama says, “Push, Loulou”, and yes, I get a little treat after. Hey, piece of cake. I mean, it was easy to learn, not that I get cake when I do it.)
I love walking through this field of white. Makes me think that maybe, just maybe we will HAVE a printemps (springtime) after all. But what it really comes down to is that I’m more inclined to come inside and take a nice bath. As many anthros probably feel, too, with this weather, haha.
I just wish mama would snap my bath shots when I am in NOT in this compromising position!
How rude, mama, you know better than that. For shame…
I better not let Rodger see you running around your garden of white flowers, even if they aren’t tulips, but it still looks like fun.
Rodger would go round and start to eat them if he had the chance. In fact, we have to put flowers out of his reach as some of them aren’t good for his little tummy. We don’t wish him to go and visit his favorite vet if we can help it.
OH, NO, do not let him eat plants unless you know them. Caren at Cat Chat published a GREAT list of harmful plants for kitties and one of them is lilies. I didn’t know that but we don’t have any around here anyway. Still. I eat nip and grass and call it quits.
Loulou, we’re impressed that you can let yourself back in the house.
Weeellll, mama sort of leaves the door nit quite shut tight but I do have to push.
Oh, Mama says she can hear Tiny Tim now, strumming his banjo and singing……yes, spring has been coming – an going here too!! Teehee – they think we have no shame because we walk around “au poil” , in the nude, whatever – ell, not a flattering pose – but does show your agility! I’m impressed!!
Still, a lady has to have a LITTLE privacy!
It looks like Spring has arrived in your part of the world. We just have snow on the ground right now.
WOW, encore la nieve! Thank heaven we did not get any.
How beautiful to see you going through the flowers ! (Around here we have tufts on candy, if it gets unwrapped anywhere near cat hair !) And what a great trick ! If Summer knows how to open doors, she has kept her Mama in the dark about it.
Well, I would RATHER THEY open the doors, but sometimes it’s convenient for mama when she wants to do something else besides letting me in and out and in and out and in and……
