Well, not really, Just a bit worn out with all this celebration stuff. Papa made me wrap presents and sign cards and frankly, I’m bushed. Last night after the party I practically fell off the couch.
But mama said it was the best ever, ever, ever of all her birthdays. Smart me, I gave her a new keyboard so she can help me write my blogs, heh, heh. The other was was petering out, whatever that means.
I think it means what I’m feeling, sort of off the edge…
But we’ll all be back on track tomorrow when we have our FIRST harvest of tomatoes!
Excitement abounds! Hmmm, I don’t remember seeing any out there…
But I wanted to share one of mama’s presents with you because it is possibly the most beautiful garden book mama has ever seen. Every page is a treasure trove of information and incredible photography of plants, some of which mama has never seen
MERCI from mama to my aunty Barbara and uncle Dan who are really good at present-finding. Have to remember that when mine rolls around, haha.
I’ll bet there is a fab photo of NIP in this book and I’ll report when I find it.
We’re glad your mama had such a good birthday, Loulou.
Oh, thank you, and it seems to keep going on….
What a gorgeous looking book, Loulou. Glad your mama had a happy day.
It really is spectacular. Thank you for your gladness.
Ooooh that was a PERFECT present! Papa grows orchids and they thrive! But Mama she is a mess with plants – but our neighbor gave us a sort of cactus plant that grows red flowers – and mama saw one on it yesterday! The rest are cactus and house plants (that she has managed not to kill!). I’m looking forward to those cheery tomatoes – YUMMMMM……….. Loulou – did you find the nip yet?
I found it, as you will see today!
Glad your mama had a wonderful birthday. XO
It was really the best ever, mama said.
Get all rested up, LouLou. And tell your Mama I am pretty sure I posted her a birthday wish yesterday but apparently it got lost in space. Sounds like she had a great one !
Oh, she will look for it. Darn, but if it’s there, mama will find it.
I’m sure glad your Mom had a super special day!
Well, if I could bottle all this gladness, I could send it out to everyone!
