We are almost in tears over this uplifting story from Chile.

Hello! Couldn’t read the article about cats in the prison but what a WONDERFUL thing! Company for the inmates and attention and caring for the kitties. At least we assume that’s what’s going on there. Makes me smile that things like this work out so well.
