Where have all my grandkid snuggles gone, mama?
Well, papa’s daughter is back in London and we are all a bit weepy around here.
Sunday night she and her four kids and their respective partners made a wonderful pasta dinner with a lovely salad and fresh peaches floating in an elixer from heaven, and mama says they proceeded to spend a raucous, whatever that means, evening together. For me, raucous means really a lot of fun and laughter and stories about their varied lives and then mama and papa walking over to our house nearby in gale-force winds to collapse!
Hey, those kids are…er…may we say…younger than a couple of anthros I know around here, haha.
Still, the orchestration of the whole event was no small task. MERCI, Nicole, for these sweet days together.
AND…I am expecting a few more head and tummy rubs before the week is over…
Okay, okay, papa, you can get in on the rubs, too.
that is the sweetest! LouLou looks much smaller in the photos than I imagined!
Well, Ms C, I weigh 5.9 kilos and have to stay around that weight for my health. But yes, I am a small kitty compared to some.
I guess your mama and papa will have to give you extra snuggles now, Loulou. That shouldn’t be too difficult for them. 😉
Oui, I have been totally spoiled for three weeks!
Family dinners are the best, Loulou. Soon your loved ones will be back for more cuddles and laughter.
Well, this month of so much family was a rare occasion and really amazing. WONDERFUL is a small word for it.
Awww, visitors love to come, but the house always seems so empty when they leave…but then we have all the good memories, right?!
Enjoy the next ‘batch’ of snuggle givers, LouLou!
(PS…I read the little bit about all the loose cows, LOL, LOL!!!)
Wasn’t that just priceless? Cows all over the neighborhood. It is like when mama had the donkeys wanting to go into her art studio because she had a bag of artichoke leaves sitting on her work table.
You have been such a lucky girl to have so many different arms hugging you and hands rubbing your tummy and head and now it’s quiet at your house….your Mom and Dad get to have you ALLLL to themselves!!!! Love the photos…….
Hugs, Teddy
Oops, not quite yet….tonight 8 for pasta with pesto from the garden and tomorrow night clam sauce for 7 and then whatever comes up for 5 and then Saturday they leave, boo hoo.
You sure were having a fun time sweet Loulou!
Mais oui, Mr B. I am a fool for love.
Fun Family time😊❤️❤️
Yes, Lynne’s friend and ours, I do like a bit of attention…
My goodness LouLou, those overhead views make you look svelte and healthy ! Your admirers are quite the deal.
Well, my vet just gave me a thumbs up yesterday but I am still going to have to have the jabs. No problem, I’m feeling pretty nice.
You are so lucky and they are lucky to get to snuggle with you. XO
Oui, Ms E, it is snuggle time around here every day now. I will be so sorry to see them leave……
Sounds like everyone had a wonderful time and don’t worry LouLou, you’ll always get belly rubs.
Darn tootin’I will. Mama and papa cannot resist my underside….

Well, Ms G, I think our families are on the same foodlength, haha. Tonight is pesto night and vegan chocolate mousse!!!! That was a trip to make, mama says.
Being loved on is a tonic that one gets addicted to, Loulou!
Oh, isn’t that the truth. Makes the world go ’round I’ve heard…
