sometimes she uses roast cauliflower instead of broccoli or any roasted vegs, evoo, salt, pepper. fur da avo crema, she uses 1 avo, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salsa, plain yogurt, water, red chili flakes, cilantro, evoo all to taste and thin or thick as you like. last nite she skipped the flour torts and just made a quinoa bowl. and a margy with grand marnier!!
