Well, a dear friend sent mama this video and changed her day, no, her spirits, her world, and moreOh,
Perhaps it will lessen the stress of just keeping sane and calm in a troubled time for all of us.
The book title, “Love in the time of Cholera” comes to mind…
Mama says The Tables will be with us in our heart, always and ever.
Perhaps the “tables’ we have shared in other ways with our rowdy, tasty, laughing lunches and dinners with friends are the same kind of place where good things are created and live on to nourish us.
Enjoy.
Wow that wonderful video got me right in the feels. Humans getting on, respecting each other, and in one of my favourite cities too. Thanks, Loulou.
Oh, we are so glad you got the feels. It was a lovely video of life as it should be lived.
Oh, my that was such a poignant and wonderful video. No wars there. Would the whole world could be like that.
Sometimes in the work I do, its kind of like that because the patients are coming from so many different walks of life, as well as the staff, but we all work together to help our clients and they even bond with each other, esp the more able bodied ones…and then sometimes we have ‘remembering sessions’ and my, we could write books about what happens inside our walls!
Oh, we would love to know more about your work, and get started on that book! DO write about your experiences, even if just for yourself and family (and for US!).
Thank you for sharing the video.. XO
You are so welcome. We loved it and cried a lot, good tears.
We know you visit us and we want to keep seeing you so send us and email so we can send you a link. Thanks for being our friend.
Will do.
That really was an enjoyable video, thanks for sharing it and thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop Loulou!
Aren’t they just amazing players. We couldn’t even see the ball at times!
A nice idea – there are often chess or checkers games set up too.
Oh, yes, chess here in Rome under a lovely tree in one neighborhood.
That was a beautiful video.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Loulou. My best to your mom. ♥
You are so welcome and I thank our friend who sent it. She finds great messages everywhere.
