I thought I was going to get dressed for the wedding!!! But instead I’m being taken to eat.
And then… a little jab’ll do ya…don’t worry, all is under control here.
😻👍🐈⬛
Well, big news – mama’s stepgrandson and his lovely Laura are wedded, as of Saturday, in Tuscany.
I think as our spark for Monday we will rejoice in Love, and that these two met and were so clearly meant for one another. Doesn’t always happen that way…
Papa’s daughter, maman of the groom, said a few months ago when the wedding was being planned, that they are simply fulfilling their fate. They have been together for a couple of years and that’s that.
She also said that after the “I dos”, they hugged one another a jumped up and down in their wedding clothes! A video is coming for mama and papa to see, as they were not there.
And today, we also thank our armed forces for their bravery and courage.
Mama’s brother was a career Lt. Colonel in Viet Nam. Not pretty. Tough life.
So thank you, soldiers and veterans, for keeping our country safe.

The happy pair:
Congratulations love.
They are SOOOO happy.
Ahhhm, the beauty of love, and weddings too!! What a wonderful and happy couple!
You are ready for the pawrty too, LouLou, being as you are always impeccably dressed, ready for all such occasions in your Tuxedo! Yup, I have see ladies wearing them too, at times!
You the purrincess have gotten your pawrents well trained! What luxury to be carried to din-din!
(Sorry you have to get poked afterwards, but well, it helps you stay well, right??!)
Oh, yes, and today I will find out just what is needed to adjust my pee-peeing and drinking so much water. Old age is not for sissies…
Congratulations to the bride and groom. Very cute photo, except we wish we could have seen the bride’s face. Cute photo of you too, Loulou. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet
Congratulations to the happy couple! And Loulou…you’re already wearing a tux. You could have fit right in at the wedding.
HEY, you are RIGHT! A lady tux, haha. They call it a “smoking” in Italy.
What a happy and beautiful photo of the newly wedded couple! It definitely looks like a lovely occasion in a beautiful place. I know your parents wish they could have been there Loulou. I hope one day everyone will be able to do what they want without worrying….wouldn’t that be nice? Love the photo of you being carried like the Princess that you are!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Yes, Papa Schindlers me down the stairs to dinner when I am reluctant to eat but once I get there, bammo. Mama has learned that a little parmesan sprinkled on my diet food does the trick!
What a wondrous picture, Loulou. A wedding in gorgeous Tuscany must have been amazing. Ain’t love grand!
YES, love be grand and even grander every day around here! Plus I have trained papa to carry me to certain places…
YEA!!!! Bot sorry you and Don (and Loulou) missed it!! BUT they will be coming to Collioure and you can all get together! YEA!!!! I saw your grandkids when theywere little – all grown up now!!! Time passes fast!! No, haven’t said tha!!!
Maybe we can get the video soon and have a little “wedding” viewing at home.
Congrats and best wishes to the newlyweds!
Merci, they are adorable. And David loves animals. I’ll post a photo of him tomorrow…wordless wonder!
Hurrah for the haooy couplle ! And you DO look very happy to be carried LouLou ! Seeing a happy kitty makes us happy too !
Well, I do like my personal taxi service since my arthritis became a tiny issue. But it is because I know pap loves to scoop me up to go have dinner on time.
I can’t wait to see more photos. I love the gown. And you are always dressed – you are in a tux. 🙂
Thank you to your mama’s brother for his service. XO
Well, her brother is now gone, but he would have been pleased with your thoughtfulness, thank you.
Her gown was really beautiful, Ellen, mama loved it too! I will tell her you liked it. They were the happiest couple we havre ever seen, except when we married so long ago! It was pure joy.
That’s so lovely that they bride and groom jumped up and down!
A purrfect beginning to their legal union.
Loulou, you appear to be enjoying being carried; do you try to get them to do it all day long?
Uh, how did you know that? Papa says he is Schindlering me…Schindler being the name of an elevator company. He used to use Otis but it reminds mama of a sad song about Ms Otis…unable to lunch today…you probably know the one…
