Well, I’m finally getting the hang of this exercise stuff.
You grab whatever thingy you’re using and you sink your teeth into it and pull and pull and this stretches the muscles in your neck and jaw and causes enigmatic (whatever that is) expressions that make mama laugh.
Laughing is good.
Then, you really get into the Zen of this stuff by throwing yourself into indescribable poses that no Yogi has ever heard of, I’m sure, but for taking off a bit of extra but lovable grams, they work!
Of course, not just anyone can accomplish these things…
But practice makes perfect. Argggggh….
Thanks for pinging.
You look pawsum as always LouLou. Big hugs
Luv ya’
Dezi and Raena
You are so agile and graceful, Loulou! That gives the impression of thinness. I’m a clunky dawg so it makes me seem fatter than I actually am. Howzzat for logic!? I could never do those yoga postures anyway. If only I had a bit of whippett or greyhound in my ancestry, but I AM part miniature pinscher but guess that part didn’t exactly dominate. Oh well, back to the treadmill…….
Hey, are you saying “Doberman”? You have LOTS of other talents if that is true. I hope they tread carefully around you…
Yes, yes, oui, the perfect exercise! My mommy wakes up stiff in the morning and I have to remind her streeettcchh like a cat before getting up! No matter how bad she has to go potty. It only takes a couple of minutes and will keep her from falling down and will teach her to relax a bit during the day!
Be like a cat (except don’t sleep as much – even when you want to). Sleeping too much makes a person lazy – but not with a cat! They can sleep as much as they want! So my advice to humans is to stretch, get mobile, do what you can and as much as you can, then take a nap with your cat and start all over!
YES, YES, mama does that every morning, but she does the Bridge, which stretches your back and other parts, haha, so that they don’t collapse….
You are perfect just the way you are. XO
Oh, my No. 1 fan, thank you.
Oh Loulou! You make us laugh too.
That’s the ticket these days…chuckles whenever and wherever.
Wow, LouLou, those are some exercises ! Don’t get your foot caught behind your ear !
Uh, oh, I think I did that this morning…Mama unstuck it.
