Such are the words of Ezra Pound, poet, and every year around this time, mama says these words all the time (whatever they are) but  I think it’s sort of a short cut to boo, winter!!!

We have had such lovely days of balmy air and rolling around on warm stepping stones and mama putting little bits of roast chicken from the open market in my dish at lunchtime, and those dumbbell tourterelles splashing around in MY personal fountain, leaving feathers and who knows WHAT else in the water.

Thank heaven papa changes it daily or I’d have to file a complaint to the management.  Can’t have things slipping up around here, papa, okay?

Plus the sun keeps going in and out, in and out, and you think you’re going blind!!!

This morning the wind was so strong that mama almost tupped over in the street on the way to her gym class without papa there to pick her up!

I personally do not see jumping around and exercising the way anthros do.

A good long nap can take inches off one’s round little body since one skips at least one meal doing so!

When will anthros learn…?

With NO effort, I have probably lost at least a gram…

By the way, you might wish to take a look at this–we were included with some other blogs and all of them are really fun to read!  Thank you, Dr. Fox Magazine!!!
