Well, I’m having a stretch before my yoga practice.
First, contemplate the limbs you are going to enhance, first, left paw, then right.
Begin to stretch, stretch, breathing in through the nose and out through the bocca.
Bend the forehead toward the left paw to stretch out the back and the stretched leg.
Be mindful of which leg you stretched so as not to make the mistake of stretching the SAME leg again!
( Now which one was it?)
Did I mess up somewhere?
Finish off with a positive evaluation of your session, thus lifting your consciousness to greater heights.
Okay, okay, finish off with LOSING consciousness!
Definitely my sort of exercise regime if it ends in food or losing consciousness, maybe both! MOL

Oh, Erin, that is sooo funny. I”m with you, thought, especially the losing consciousness part!
Wow, Loulou – no wonder you’re so elegant and svelte with all those yoga moves! Mama says I’m not exactly elegant, but very amusing and very gourmande. Well, I’m working on elegance, since I need all my charms working for me – that westie-doggie at the wine shop I have a crush on has LOTS of admirers. We played a bit yesterday as a forlorn mini-dachshund looked on. He preferred MOI. Vive l’Amour!
Mya, you are so CUTE in your poucette—no wonder you have admirers. Mama has experienced a Walk With Mya and it’s really an experience!
From what I can observe at home with my own kitties, tuxies excel at taking poses. And Loulou seems to be the absolute expert.
After the nasty Pill Days, there is nothing like yoga to bring back serenity.
Oh, j’espere! Serenity is what all of us need after that AWFUL pill.
You are an expert at yoga 🙂
Well, I do practice twice a day….
That was some workout, Loulou. We’re tired just looking at the pictures. Rest well.
I think Marcus should lead your classes….
I’m really good at that last step !
OH, you funny kitty…me, too!
Too funny! We should all practice this form of yoga! After all it is really about breathing right and stretching. Any cat can teach you this.
Well, mama doesit with me sometimes, but she can’t get her leg behind her head. And she doesn’t bend quite as gracefully as I, much less stretch! Oh, well, she’s an anthro.
